Hi Everyone - Launching back into the content for CC Administration to finally become GC certified this year! Anyone have tips or particularly useful learning guides/videos/exam prep questions that they would like to share? Thanks

In preparation for the GCP exam, I would recommend the following training Material:

• Genesys Cloud: Implementation
• Genesys Cloud: Contact Center Administration
• Genesys Cloud: Reporting and Analytics

Additionally, there is a Workshop that helps with the preparation for the GCP Certification exam, which includes a voucher to a Practice exam: Certification Preparation for the Genesys Cloud CX: Professional Certification Exam
