  • 1.  token.rate.per.minute in Operational Console

    Hi Everyone,

    I am trying to understand the new Operational Console. I have repeatingly events "LIMIT-0001" with different Entity IDs and Entitiy Name "platform.api#token.rate.per.minute".
    I tried to understand this article: Limit Event (genesys.cloud) but I make no progress.

    How do I identify the source, that is causing the Limit-Event? In the article they say: "Using the entityId from the eventbridge alert, track down the relevant token." How do I track down that token?

    Have you looked at the API Usage View?  The event should give you the OAUTH with the API calls that are used the most.  That should point you in the direction but won't pinpoint the actual issue.
