  • 1.  Top Down on Recording Policies?

    We are noticing that policies MAY be evaluating on a top down basis. Is that an accurate assumption? We will need to rename our policies to make this follow what we will need, if that is the case.
    Has anyone else ever noticed this? 
    For Instance, we have a policy named France - it is first on the list -  it records certain queues then deletes after 160 days
    Then there is a Policy named Record All - that records all and deletes after 365 days, this policy seems to be overriding the first policy.
