    Hello everyone

    Today we're excited to announce that Topic Spotting is supported in Norwegian, Finnish, Danish, Swedish and Hebrew!

    Additionally, you're now able to add our Out-of-the-box Default Topics for these languages, to help you get your Speech & Text Analytics set up and working really quickly.

    As with other languages, you'll also be able to tailor Topics to your specific company needs and start getting insights for these Topics in Topic Trends, Agent/Queue/Flow Topic views and Content Search
