    What purpose do the Topic Tags serve? I didn't have any luck finding articles in resource center about it. Am I missing a feature/permission that would allow me to pull data by each Tag, which is what I am looking for?

    Hi Larissa,

    The topic tags group topics so that they are easier to manage in the Topic Management View.

    Currently it is not possible to pull interaction data using these tags.

    Thank you for your response. Is this something that is on a roadmap, or should I create an idea in the Lab for this feature?

    This isn't something we have on our near roadmap, it would be great if you could submit an idea so we can consider adding this feature in the future.
