Hello community. 

I am not sure if this is functionality issue, or a defect, but Topics Trend view does not populate topics for digital media (emails and messaging) when filtered to it. I can see topic names in transaction and in Content Search view for both, when filter just to that media type. 

Please advise.

What do you mean by doesn't populate the topics? Could you maybe attach a screenshot so I can better understand the issue and advise accordingly?

Hi Adi. 

It looks like topic trends was showing topics for messaging and email through 10/5 but not after. 

Below is a screenshot from10/6/24;first is from the content search view and second from topic trend view.
