    Good day, is there a way to export out-of-box topics and utterances to .csv for review purposes from Genesys cloud?  Is it only available API or can you do it in the front end?  Our previous cloud system allowed it, but I cannot find a similar function in genesys cloud.

    I believe your request might be related to a feature which is currently in the Genesys roadmap for second half of 2024: Bulk Export of all Speech and Text | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io).

    Unfortunately, nothing in the Admin UI, no.

    The closest you get is a list of the topics on the Resource Center https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/out-of-the-box-topics/

    But that's only part of what you are looking for, correct?

    The only way I know is via the API. Probably easier using the CLI https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/cli/
