Hi All I am having a problem with work plans
I would like the maximum working hours for the week to be 45 hours run over 5 days. However, the call center is open 7 days a week so the plan should have all seven days available but only schedule staff for any 5 of those days.
However I keep getting this error: "Total minimum paid time of 63 hour(s) across daily shifts is greater than maximum weekly paid time of 45 hour(s)"
I'm not sure what to do? because the maximum working day should be 9 hours per staff member and 45 hours per week which would be over 5 days in a week.
I was under the impression a work plan catered to generate a schedule but I am uncertain now.
Any assistance would be of great help.
