    where can i get the calculation for the total wait time

    Hi Osama,

    Its not a calculation, but a metric.  It is just the time it waited before answer, flow out or abandon: tWait

    thanks for the answer, I already know this its just i need to get the Average wait which equals Total Wait Time / Interactions
