Hi - Wondering if anyone knows a way of getting the count of calls that are transferred internally between different queues (within same divisions) and also between different divisions?

Hi Soyog,

There is an idea: Transfer Reporting that may be what you are looking for.

There is no report currently that shows specific transfer locations by queue to queue etc
