Hello! We have a couple BPO that share work with our domestic teams (same queues, same calls, same planning groups, same business unit). I am trying to see how I can track their by-interval on queue time. Many years ago I used Avaya with average position staffed and searched by skill. Does anyone have a way to do something similar in Gen? Really what I want to do is say, at 10am you were scheduled 10 agents, and you delivered 8 agents, etc.
