    Hi all,

I am currently looking for a way to track changes made inside architecture  - so basically to understand what changes that was made in a particular published flow. As of know, I don't see this option available, but I may have missed it somewhere. Or perhaps it is on the roadmap? Using the version history, or audit viewer, simply tells me that changes were made, but now what exactly.

So. does anyone know if there is a native audit or change log feature in Genesys for this purpose?

Any insights, tips, or documentation references would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi Filip,

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any native way to see exactly what was changed in the flow.

Good Day @Filip Thomas Vestergaard Poswiata

I found the following Idea on the Aha Ideas Portal that is currently in "Under PM Review" status - https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/SSA-I-419

Would suggest voting on this idea as well.

What you can do is, export the previous version and the current version as a Yaml file and open both in Notepad++ or any other tool.  Use the compare feature to see the difference between the 2.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards
