  • 1.  Tracking how many times caller selected to go to Calling group

    I can see from Performance, Workspace Flow Destination what queues callers opted for but one of the options on the Main Call flow is to go to a Group call is there any way to track how many times that was answered or selected?

    Hi Martin,

    I would suggest you add flow milestones and flow outcomes to your flows, for cases like this when the customer selects different options, this is a easy way to track those selections. Alternatively you could log those selections with participant data, just reporting on it becomes a little more difficult but still possible.

    But there isn't an automatic out the box way to report on that journey no. Even with the new Journey Flows, you need those milestones set
