I would suggest you add flow milestones and flow outcomes to your flows, for cases like this when the customer selects different options, this is a easy way to track those selections. Alternatively you could log those selections with participant data, just reporting on it becomes a little more difficult but still possible.
But there isn't an automatic out the box way to report on that journey no. Even with the new Journey Flows, you need those milestones set
