Is there a way to surface the Attempt Control count for a contact? I've dug through the API and haven't found anything.
We'd like to be able to track how many times we've attempted to call a contact on a campaign list. While I can setup wrap-up rules to have a custom column be updated with a count (see attached), that will increment for each number under a contact. This can cause a lot of issues since that number will vary based on the amount for numbers under one contact.
Since Genesys has the attempt controls, I know they have to keep track of the attempts somewhere.
