    I am very new to purecloud from pure engage , would like to know about pure cloud training and certification . if any one can elaborate it will be helpful,

    Hello Noufal,

    Pure cloud certification is a self trained course. where you will be learning the basics of contact center set up and administration. There is a training website available from Genesys Itself which is completely free with amazing UI and content.

    Find the above link, you can access the training and see the exam guide how to prepare yourself. However there are few similarities between engage and Cloud, but cloud is much more easy to use.

    The exam costs 200$ i guess, if your organization has credits they can provide you an exam.

    You describe and point to the GCA certification information. 

    In addition, we have Genesys Certified Professional training and exams for PureCloud. You need to pass three exams for the GCP, with the information covered by Instructor-Led Training (ILT).

In addition to the resources provided, the Genesys Community also has a space dedicated to Certification and Training.
