    Genesys University / Beyond labs (Launch VM LTI) are not automatically available to everyone.Access is typically granted if you are:
    • Enrolled in a paid Genesys course
    • A Genesys partner
    • A customer with training entitlement
    • Occasionally via temporary lab access for certification tracks
