Certification and Training

Hi Team,  I too have similar query, how we can access Lab or Launch VM ?

I've typically started a learning course (one that is tied with a certification exam) and within the course is a lab section.  Download the lab manual.  inside the manual are instructions for launching your VM session and important things to know for that specific lab.

You get plenty of time to work with your VM environment, however I've heard some forgetting to pause/suspend their environment and their time runs out.  I'll usually work through the course first, then launch the lab environment and work through the exercises for the hands-on experience.  GCP, Outbound & Architect goes pretty fast.  I remember the Developer labs being very tedious.

Hello everyone. To add to the discussion, as mentioned above, the training program offered by Genesys Education (via a paid Learning Subscription) grants you access to a Virtual Machine where you can access a Genesys Cloud training Organization for each training for 30 days, in the Self-Study modality.

If you have any issues accessing the training Orgs or, as Michael mentioned above, you run out of time while using the VMs, you can always send an e-mail do education@genesys.com and request for help. Normally, if the labs didn't expire yet, the VM can have its time extended once.
