We encountered the same issue on our side: 1 or 2 agents experiencing the problem, where the buttons don't do anything even though they are there, visible, and not greyed out.
We tried everything-clearing the cache, changing the computer, sending the logs to our partner-and by the time they got back to us, the problem had stopped on its own.

We have a couple of agents that sometimes (not all agents and not all of the time which is a pain in the butt to find the problem) have transfer buttons that do nothing at all. Not all agents have this and I haven't heard of anyone else in the world having these problems. Is this something only we have a problem with? It's only the queue tranfer buttons, not when they are called direct (not through queue).
We logged a ticket with Genesys (through our partner) and they are looking into it, but since it's hard to reproduce I'd like to hear others have the same issues. Either that or we are doing something very strange.
