  • 1.  Tranfer buttons not working (sometimes)

    Hi all,

    We have a couple of agents that sometimes (not all agents and not all of the time which is a pain in the butt to find the problem) have transfer buttons that do nothing at all. Not all agents have this and I haven't heard of anyone else in the world having these problems. Is this something only we have a problem with? It's only the queue tranfer buttons, not when they are called direct (not through queue).

    We logged a ticket with Genesys (through our partner) and they are looking into it, but since it's hard to reproduce I'd like to hear others have the same issues. Either that or we are doing something very strange.

    Hi Martijn,

    Be interested to see if others in the Community have experienced this.  My first thought would be permissions/division related, but the easiest way to see this is the logs.  Have you noted if its a specific set of agents or if it is completely random when it happens? Are they using desktop app/browser/embeddable framework etc?

    It's 2 users that have the problem. They use the same hardware as their collegues and have the same permissions. We tried providing them with a new laptop but no luck. 

    If it was permissions I would expect everyone to have these problems. If it was hardware I would assume it would be fixed when they received new hardware. 

    We tried a lot and now it's in the hands of Genesys (the logs did not provide a clue). So I'm just curious if we are the only ones in the world?
