Dear Experts,
We are looking to build custom script for PureCloud to interact with Dynamics 365 pulling data (no further interaction with D365).
One of the usecase is to transfer the caller directly to another person's voicemail box. The voicemail server is a 3rd party application and the voicemail box length is 4 digits. Could a transfer to voicemail button be created wihich transfers the call to a voicemail server with voicemail box appended with pause character like #.
