    ​Hello, Is anyone else experiencing errors when trying to blind transfer calls in Purecloud. Also getting an error when trying to access external contact details. I am putting in a support incident but wonder if it's our instance or more wide spread.

    @Julie Green we are seeing issues with Transfers of outbound calls, the error appears, but the transfer does actually complete. We have a case opened for this as well. ​
