  • 1.  Transfer from one flow to another

    Hi Genesys Community,

    In transfer to flow block, we can map another flow but I want to give a variable name instead of mapping a direct flow and this variable name has the flow name.

    I am unable to find a way to do this.

    Currently, you can only use a hard-coded flow.  Here is the idea for this: Allow variable as input to 'Transfer to | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)

    Here is an idea for in-queue flows:  Transfer to ACD allow dynamic variable | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)

    What you could do is a variable and a Switch to pick the flow.

    Would it work if you transferred to a number instead of to a flow, and have that number associated with a call flow?  You can transfer to a number using a variable so that may also be a workaround for you of sorts.
