Genesys Cloud - Main

I am looking for data regarding transfers.  We have 2 different reports and we are looking for something in the middle.  We have access to the total number of transfers someone makes by date, week month etc.  We can then see the interaction for these transfers.  What I am looking for is a report that shows each representative and how may transfers they made to an extension, department, or person.  Is there such a report or a way to build this, that we can pull at will.

Hi Rob,

I think you would be able to pull this from the Conversation Details via the API, but there isn't a report that shows the number of transfers to they made to a specific extension/queue etc out of the box.
