    Hello, is it possible to execute the ACD transfer to a specific skill within a queue, by API? We only found as available, the /api/v2/conversations/calls/{conversationId}/participants/{participantId}/consult, and the skill input parameter is not included.

    Unfortunately, you cannot manipulate the ACD routing of a conversation via API. You must use some combination of Architect, bullseye routing, and in-queue flows to handle ACD settings. The agent can initiate a transfer via API, but routing information other than the queue can't be attached to it. If you have questions about configuring ACD (base product configuration), the PureCloud Community Forum is a better place for those questions.
