    From an Inbound Flow in Division "XXXX", can I use "Transfer to Flow" to a flow in Division "YYYY" ?

    Good question.  Division transfer control us usually for agents, not system API or Architect.  I would assume you could have Architect transfer between divisions, but you would need to test it.
