    Hi Guys,

    We are having an issue seeting up a simple transfer to number on a failure route within Archtiect when using Genesys Voice.

    We have a test lab with BYOC trunks and the same setup works without issue there.

    Could you explain a little more.  Are you saying the same flow works for BYOC but not for voice?  Are you sending out a specific number as the OLI?

    Hi Robert,

    Thanks for the reply. It is a very simple transfer to number block:


    It works on BYOC but we cannot get this working on Genesys Voice. Calls fail every time.

    Just a couple of things.  Can try using the Release Link Transfer and adjusting the timeout value?  Does it fail immediately or after a period of time ringing?

    Hi
    I had the same issue Gensys Cloud Voice.
    After investigation the problem was solved by Genesys with their underlying Telco Provider. Basically it was a SIP message not handled properly.
    The funny thing > during my tests, I discovered that the problem happened only with a special range on numbers
    Meaning > you are using correctly Architect, just open a case a Genesys and they will investigation the signaling
