  • 1.  Transferring Calls If the Queue Is Closed

    i have a customer who is a housing association who want to transfer calls when their contact centre is closed. As an example if they are in a company brief or site training session they want customer to be able to make emergency rent payments or raise an emergency repair issue by being routed to a payments company or their 3rd party repair company.  Likewise if the site is in an Emergency status they want the customer to be able to make an emergency rent payment only. Is this possible and if so how would i go about doing this in Architect ?.

    The easiest way is to create separate inbound flows for each situation then use a Schedule Group to send the call to the different flows (which in turn could simply transfer the caller to an external number.)
    Emergency Groups are there to cope with Emergency situations.
