Hello Community,
When doing a blind / consult transfer within the PC interface when you start typing in a contact that you wish to transfer too the system searches all contacts (internal / external / queues), however if using client interface within Salesforce it appears only internal users and queues are searched (not external contacts).
Other than manually entering an external number to transfer too, wondering if possible to have an external transfer list available when using Salesforce interface?
