Maurice, do you see a popup at all anywhere when this fails? That may indicate why it's failing. But I'm "fairly" sure you need to pass in the InvocationData - even if there's nothing to actually process. If nothing else then maybe you could pass in something to help with troubleshooting later as you'll see that attached if you look at the Conversation (keep that in mind from a privacy/data protection standpoint).

Hi Robert - Yes I did the testing with an inbound ACD call. Inbound is also enabled in the script properties. Popping a URL works fine on the inbound test all using the button. Trying to pass to a secure flow does nothing. It's like I'm not clicking the button at all.
Hi Vaun - do you mind elaborating a bit? Are you saying in order to user the invoke secure flow scripting feature, I must include InvocationData even if I'm not necessarily trying to pass any data at this point?
