    Is it possible to automatically send an email Using platform API? 

    I want to send outbound email from genesys system using platform api end point(api/v2/conversations/emails).


    I can able to create outbound email using platform api end point(api/v2/conversations/emails) but not able to send using platform api. Is any other api endpont or setting to send email conversations using api?

    Hi,

    If your requirement is to send the email without a user context, then you'll have to use the agentless endpoint - /api/v2/conversations/emails/agentless

    It does require some prerequisites which can be found here.
