I'm currently trying to automate cloning of users from a current user base. Example, new user is the same as User A, so let's create User B based on User A settings.
I'm using Python and have successfully done the following:
Cloned - Roles, Skills, Queues, Division, Utilization
I'm having troubles figuring out the WebRTC configuration.
I know I can't use the same WebRTC phone configuration as that would confuse the system, two users having the same WebRTC setting. However I think I'm in a chicken and egg situation. I need the WebRTC Configuration during the configuration of the User, however I need the User to configure the WebRTC.
Is my only possible solution to create the User account without a phone assigned to it, then create the Phone now that I have the User account, and then go back ot the user account and update the associated Phone configuration?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
