Hi All,
Looking for some direction on this. In our Genesys Cloud IVR call flow, we speak back the caller's name as part of the authentication process. We have a customer with the first name of JAN in or database. The app is speaking back "January" to the caller. The customer logged an issue with service on this.
Based on the documentation I've read, it looks like the app is working as design. Does anyone know of way to get the TTS to speak back the data as the name instead of a month? I've included a screenshot of the config below.
