    Hi, 

    The Azure voices are cutted off in Genesys platform in September. We still would like to use those voices and made direct integration to Azure and it works ok. The question is that is there any smart way to change TTS engine to all flows at the same time? Or is it really so that we have to do it manually in each flow?

    Hi Kimmo,

    I don't think there is a way to update all flows at the same time, but maybe someone else in the community can confirm.

    Each flow must be opened and published even if you have the language set to use the default and you change that in the ORG settings.  I created a workflow that read in all the flows, opened each and then published each.
