Looking to have TTS play in a language without setting it via express maybe..  Example: Menu:  For English press 1, for Spanish press 2. 

I want the "for Spanish press 2" to actually play in Spanish. 

I have the prompt created and the language TAG on it. 

Anyway to get it to play with an expression of the specific language.  even though the Flow is still set as default to English?

There is no expression that will do that.

Option 1: Create a recording that says the English part in English and the Spanish part in Spanish (1 recording, not 2).  Upload the recording to the both the English and Spanish prompt resources.  Then play the prompt in your flow.

Option 2: This won't work for a menu prompt, but if you're doing audio with tasks: add a play audio action with the English TTS, add a set language action to switch to Spanish, jump to task 2 (see the warning on the set language action why this is necessary), and play the Spanish TTS.  If you want to switch back to the 1st language add another set language action and jump to another task or menu and continue your flow logic.
