  • 1.  Twitter - Recording Interaction / Performance Details

    Hello Everyone,

    I am not sure if I have missed configuration regarding twitter accounts in PureCloud.
    My issues are that :
    1-  I am not able to see the stored/ recorded twitter interactions,
    2-  No details regarding twitter interaction under Performance/ Interaction.

    I have successfully been able to listen and reply for twitter. But I do not see any details about these twitter interaction under performance nor there are no recorded chats.
