Hello all community,
I have just configured Social Channel Management in my org and succeeded in send / reply to tweets.
My question is: how do I see this activity in the Analytics / Reportings ?
I can see info about Mail, messages, calls but nothing concerning tweets.
The only workaround I can imagine would be to use specific queues.
Any ideas?
