Looking for two-factor authentication through SMS for inbound calls in genesys cloud. Something similar to that off Two-factor Authentication (genesys.com) or any app foundry app that would serve the purpose

I assume you mean a way to send an SMS from Architect containing a code that the caller needs to enter to verify themselves?

You could create a Data Action to send the SMS. Create the code based on something relatively random (like the end of the time), so you send it to the SMS on file (presumably retrieved from a CRM?) and then ask for it and compare the two values.

Or am I missing something here?
