Good day,

I wasn't able to find a suitable subject for my question, so easier to explain!

I have NICE on-prem version who is feed through a Connector (Aria) as an Integration in Genesys.  I'm migrating to NICE Cloud and I must configure their own connector. 

My question is, can I have both connector running at the same time?  Aria sending data to on-prem and Nice connector sending the same data to NICE Cloud? 

We are doing a parallel migration so I need both to work at the same time.

I'm not sure how to approach that integration off of the top of my head but it may be beneficial to reach out to your CSM or TAM, or Professional Services to help get this up and running for you.

This is actually configured in the Aria (now TTEC) connector UI rather than in Genesys Cloud. It allows streaming to multiple destinations at the same time and an on-prem to cloud migration is quite common.

I suggest reaching out to your Aria/TTEC support contacts for the specific configuration but with NICE Cloud there is no new server deployment. I've not configured for some time but the typical model is select a source (your Genesys org that's already there) and a destination which will be your new NICE Cloud environment.
