Has anyone else experienced this problem that we have? We have two schedulers working on weekly updates to the schedule. We have found that if we are both working in the same workgroup and I think the same person we encounter an error. If Scheduler A is working on a bunch of changes say for 10 people, and they hit save, it saves successfully. But if Scheduler B happens to be working on the same person(s) when they go to save, they get an error message saying they cannot save and ALL of the changes they were working on, after their last save, get lost.
We've tried making sure we do a few changes at a time and saving more often but in reality, you sometimes get on a roll and maybe forget to save for 10-20-30 changes and you lose a lot of work. One suggestion we were told before was to have one scheduler work in Chrome/Incognito mode but that didn't seem to make a difference. Any other thoughts or suggestions? Anyone else experiencing this as well?
