Beginning 08 November, 2023, new Genesys Cloud users and users who reset their password will, upon set/reset, land on the login splash page where they are presented options to manage their account, access Communicate/Collaborate, or access Architect.

This sounds like just a redirect URL change - not really any UI change, correct?  I assume that if they still use the apps.mypurecloud.com address will still work if they use that for SSO or a favorite for normal login?

Robert, you are correct as usual. This is a behavior/UX change rather than a UI change. The login splash screen has been around forever - we're just going to start exposing it more frequently upon password reset and new user registration.

Make total sense, especially for ORGs with MFA enabled since you don't want them logging in directly without it.  Any thought of changing the first block for MFA to something like My Secure Login or My Account with MFA?

Robert - TBD. Our first thought was that this new tile could be the home for all individual user settings - MFA, password, preferences, etc. - most of which are housed today in the profile panel, which is not super-intuitive to non-agent users. But our recent pivot to the splash page has not been spectacularly received, so we're rethinking our original plan.

Hi @Becky Powell,

One of our customers does not have MFA enabled in their Genesys Cloud org, and the customer will never require users to use MFA.  Is there a way to disable the 'My Account' tile so it does not display?  Currently, the only functionality available via this tile is adding an MFA device, so if the org is not MFA enabled and the customer has no plans to use MFA, it would be ideal to hide this tile.  This tile is causing confusion for users.

I would appreciate your thoughts and comments.
