  • 1.  Unable to create an External Trunk

    No replies, thread closed.
    I am getting an Error while creating an External Trunk. Error message is "There are no custom trunk types available for this Org". Checked Organization settings but there is nothing related to Trunk Types.

    You may have to contact Genesys Customer Care and ask them to enable the Bring-Your-Own-Carrier (BYOC) functionality for the org.
