    we are in the process of enabling chat translation in our lab and are following Genesys developer center blueprint "Build a messaging translation assistant with the AWS Translate service. we have provided all the required configuration detail

    We can see translate interaction widget but doesn't translating.

    s as per mentioned. Project is running on my local host but it does not translate .

    Hi Suredra,

    For the translation to work, the customer side should send the first message in their language (while agent side should also have their preferred language selected in Genesys Cloud). If English language was used in the first message and agent has set English as preferred language, there will be no translation.
