    I am aware this isnt the best place for this but we are unable to login at all to purecloud and I cannot dial through to your number or use chat support

    Login error:

    I have tried to clear cookies and used edge as well but same issue, also affecting other colleagues.

    When I try to use chat on your website:

    I have also tried to call the US contact number and it doesnt connect

    I have a ticket open too.

    Genesys Cloud Americas (US East) is experiencing degradation of multiple services due to an incident with the platform provider (AWS). The Genesys teams are engaged with the vendor for mitigation status and any next steps required by our teams. Genesys Cloud uses status.io to update Status Page. Due to the ongoing incident, the page is unavailable for external communications.
