    hi,
    I have an issue. All of a sudden i am unable make calls from PureCloud and also unable to log into queue. Can any one help me?

    Hi,

     

    It was pure browser problem. Unfortunately I faced the same issue in Firefox and Chrome. So that was the confusion. Once FireFox was reinstalled the problem is resolved: J
