    Hi, Everyone.

    One of the agents in our Org is unable to pick up incoming calls. When he tries to pick up the call it will then routed to the next available agent.

    Please advise.  Thank you in advance.

    Hello Ron,

    Could you confirm that a particular agent is never able to pick up an incoming call?

    Hi Ron,

    Can you give us more information?
    Is it ACD? Has the agent the right permissions or roles?
    Is the agent member of a queue?
