Workforce Engagement Management

We are starting to plan our 2024 headcount budget, and we are hitting a restriction on running any schedules for 2024 (more than 26 weeks out)
For some reason I feel this is a recent change, I could be wrong, would not be the 1st time :) 

How are others on Genesys Cloud WFM planning for 2024?

Hi John, 

schedule generation is currently limited to 26 weeks into the future. 

We are currently working on several Forecasting and Scheduling features that will help us move towards a more continuous model, where you will be able to produce both interval-level forecasts and schedules further into the future, these will also be supported by new Capacity Planning tools.

As we progress through the design and development phases we'll be providing updates to the roadmap and expected timeframes.
