  • 1.  Unable to remove/delete activities from Workplan

    Has anyone else been unable to remove/delete an activity from a workplan? When we select the activity and hit delete, it appears to be attempting to delete the entire shift and we get the following error message:

    We've been able to remove/delete activities for the past 3 years and have never seen this issue. We've had multiple people try, we have tried on multiple workplans in multiple MUs with the same issue.

    Hi Brad, yes we've had this come up this morning too.  One of my colleagues is raising a case to Genesys Support.  I don't see anything obvious in any release notes that would point to a cause for this so it's a bit concerning.

    Hi Brad/ Vaun, 

    We are investigating recent Accessibility updates to understand the cause of this issue and are looking to issue a patch fix as soon as possible.
    I'll update this post as soon as I know when the fix will be deployed.

    We also have noticed this on Monday and as of today it is still the case.

    We encountered this issue, too! Here's a cheat code I was given to enable edits to workplans, as a temporary workaround. 

    Double click to open the activity.  Now immediately close the activity. Now hit the enter key twice. Now hit delete - but not the keyboard delete. The one on the Genesys screen.

    And when I did that, I was able to remove an activity from the agent's workplan.

    The fix is being rolled out in today's deployment. Depending on your region, you should see the update over the next few days.
