Thanks for the feedback and we will update documentation to provide better explanation of how this feature works. We are also working on making the granularity options available for ad-hoc exports (in addition to the scheduled exports), to make this data export easily accessible.

The data is still listed day by day, but in most cases, you want to look at a period of time not individually by day. Also, you can only get to the data via a scheduled export. Are there plans to get to this data more easily?

The interval granularity only works if you either drill into the user or queue views or if you filter the user / queue and then click view as group. This is not mentioned at all in the demo. Great feature, but very poor demo. I logged a call with support and they could not answer it, so what chance do we have.
