    Hi Folks,

     

    I have added two secondary presence under "TRAINING".  Purecloud ui does not not allow me to select  primary presence. Is this expected behaviour ?

     

    Note: Using Java API i can able to set primary/secondary response

    Hey!

     

    Once you add a secondary presence to one of the primary presences, the UI forces you to select a secondary presence. This is something that is enforced by UI requirements, not API requirements, and is why you can set the primary presence using the API directly.
