    Hey,

    Anyone else come across this. In my queue I have selected an email from my domain (Domain verified with TXT) to reply to an incoming email.

    Eg. Customer send email, goes to queue, reply to email and get this message.

    "Unable to send email. The email domain has not been verified."

    What is strange is that if I create an email fresh on behalf of that queue it works perfectly.

    Any ideas?

    Can you open up a support ticket for this issue? That does sound odd. You should be able to send emails from your custom domain if you verify your domain using TXT. The MX record only controls inbound emails.

    Thanks, I have sent you the case. Been open for 3 days. Getting nowhere at the moment
