  • 1.  Unable to send Outbound WhatsApp/Message Template

    Hi All, 

    We've been trying to send Outbound WhatsApp message with the Message Template but it's not working. This template has been approved by Meta and we tried different version of message in two different Spanish versions.

    I found that the template name matters.  If you change that name or try to duplicate for Spanish, you would need to get approval for that new template name.

    Thanks Robert! I work with @Rechelle McConnell, turns out it was the Title, type of Spanish and ID all needed adjusted. Define learning experience!
